These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiaoFi ("we", "our", or "us"), an AI-powered crypto portfolio analysis tool available at miaofi.ai. By accessing or using MiaoFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description
MiaoFi provides AI-powered analysis of cryptocurrency portfolios. You paste a public wallet address, and we fetch on-chain data to generate insights about your holdings, performance, risk exposure, and potential actions. The service includes portfolio diagnosis, trading behavior analysis, and AI-generated prescriptions.

MiaoFi provides informational analysis only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- MiaoFi is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner
- AI-generated analysis is based on publicly available on-chain data and may contain errors
- Past performance analysis does not predict future results
- You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
- Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
Account & Credits
Free Tier
New users receive 3 free diagnoses (1 anonymous + 2 after registration). No payment required.
Paid Credits
Additional diagnoses can be purchased as credit packs via Stripe. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period.
Refunds
Credits that have been used are non-refundable. For unused credits, contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse.
Referral Rewards
Bonus credits earned through the referral program are subject to the same 6-month expiry. Referral abuse (self-referral, fake accounts) may result in reward forfeiture and account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scraping, bots, or scripts to access the service without authorized API access
- Attempt to bypass free tier limits or credit system restrictions
- Share, resell, or transfer API keys or account credentials
- Use the service for any illegal activity, including money laundering or sanctions evasion
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on MiaoFi (excluding user-provided wallet data and publicly available blockchain data) are owned by MiaoFi. AI-generated analyses are provided for your personal use. You may share your own diagnosis results, but you may not commercially redistribute them.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
MiaoFi shall not be liable for:
- Investment losses or financial damages resulting from AI-generated analysis or recommendations
- Inaccuracies in on-chain data provided by third-party APIs (Zerion, Helius, etc.)
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Errors or hallucinations in AI model outputs
- Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MiaoFi in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Privacy
Your use of MiaoFi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Your continued use of MiaoFi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
Termination
You may stop using MiaoFi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MiaoFi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
